Business Cases for Delivering AV Experience: 

Selling ideas and outcomes vs selling hardware and bill of materials are two very different concepts.  Companies don’t always understand this difference and the capabilities needed to be successful.  AVIXA stands for Audio Visual Experience Association.  But while the AV Experience is paramount to the AVIXA vision, selling and implementing such an outcome is not well understood or documented.
